Online Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. To our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may not be limited to orders places by or under the customer account, credit card, and/or billing/shipping address.
Orders for our products and services can be made through our website, email, or phone. We require at least 7 days' notice for most orders, and we may not be able to fulfill orders with less notice.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Credit Card information is always encrypted during the transfers.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products or services we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Custom Designs
We offer custom cake designs for special occasions. Please provide us with as much detail as possible regarding your design preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that custom designs may incur additional fees. We do NOT replicate another cake decorators work. Submitted visuals will be used as a point of reference and will not be exact.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of us.
We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Price, we charge for our products are listed on the website. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay for the products that you have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Delivery and Pick-Up
We offer delivery for our products within 45 miles of Charlotte and Winston Salem, NC. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and will be scheduled at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control. For orders that are being picked up, the location and schedule time frame will be given prior to pick up date. You must adhere to the date and time as discussed. Once your order has been picked up, FromScratch by Candice is not held responsible for any damages caused once in your hands. I will advise on how to transport, secure and store.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FromScratch by Candice. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that FromScratch by Candice shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are nonrefundable. Any funds collected after the deposit has been made, can be refunded if cancelled 2 weeks prior or emergent circumstances.
If for any reason, we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, I am not held responsible for order once delivered/picked up. We will advise on how to transport and store your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order in writing to ADMIN@FROMSCRATCHBYCANDICE.COM. We may offer a refund or replacement for a later date at our discretion.
Promotional Emails and Content
You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us, by e-mail or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.
