At FromScratch by Candice, we take pride in creating high-quality baked goods for our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This refund policy explains our process for refunds and returns.

 

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If a refund or replacement is necessary, we may request that you provide photos or other documentation to support your claim. Once reviewed, we will notify you or either approval or rejection of refund or replacement, If approved, a secondary date will be scheduled for replacement order.

We may offer a refund or store credit for the following reasons:

 

The product arrived damaged or in poor condition;

The wrong product was delivered;

The product does not meet our quality standards.

 

We cannot offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

Customer error (e.g., incorrect delivery address);

Failure to collect or receive the product;

Change of mind;

 

Please note that refunds and returns may be subject to a restocking fee or other charges. We reserve the right to deny a refund or return request if we determine that the product has been tampered with or misused.

Missing Refund

After checking you banking account, please contact your banking institution if you have not received your refund. Please note that the refund process does take time depending on your banking institution. If refund is still not received, please contact us at admin@fromscratchbycandice.com

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items being shipped over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping courier or purchase shipping insurance.
